Shipping & Delivery

Rates

  • Most orders ship to you for $99.  See "Delivery Methods" (Truck Delivery, by appointment, to your door within the 48 contiguous states)
  • IMG Luna Products (Low Back Chair, High Back Chair, Ottoman and Table) are $59 UPS Shipping ea set (ie: chair seat/legs or table/legs).
  • Free Shipping on Tempurpedic Mattresses and pillows.  Call for Foundation only Shipping price. No returns are allowed for personal products.
  • For orders over $1,500 on BDI, please add $50 for shipping and handling.
  • Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada: Contact us at 800.277.0820 for a quote.

 

Delivery Methods

  • $99 Common Carrier Shipping: Includes delivery to your door Monday through Friday. This does not include delivery inside your home or office or removal of product from the common carrier's truck.  This does not include any unpacking, debris removal or assembly. All orders shipped by common carrier trucks will include a day and time appointment by the trucking company. 
  • You or someone you designate must be present to sign for the delivery and remove your items from the truck. If there is any sign of distressed damage or concealed damage, this must be noted on the driver's Bill of Lading before accepting the delivery.  It is your right to inspect the goods being delivered to you.  ** If there is nothing noted on the Bill of Lading, any claim for  credits/discounts will be denied. The absence of this notation on the delivery receipt establishes that there was no question concerning the condition of the shipment at the time of delivery.  If this delivery option does not work, please call us at 800.277.0820 to discuss delivery options.
  • Large city deliveries (ie: NYC, etc) require special options of $150 basic delivery.  White glove service will be quoted by Viking. Contact us at 800.277.0820.
  • FedEx and UPS Shipping: Orders shipped with FedEx or UPS will not have delivery appointments and will not require you to be present at time of delivery. Tracking information will always be supplied.
  • Inside Delivery Service:  Some large, fragile items require special delivery care or assembly.  In these cases, Inside Delivery Service may be desired or even necessary.  This Delivery Service typically includes a two men delivery team with a set appointed delivery time and date, assembly and set up inside your home plus all cardboard, debris and pallet removal by either Viking or 3rd Party Delivery Service supplied by Viking.   Contacat us at 800.277.0820 to get this quoted for you, which is over and above the standard delivery charge of $99.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from VikingHome.com, we will replace your item with an item you are satisfied with OR we will accept a return for up to 7 days from your date of purchase and in the same packaging.   **Special orders, or orders non stock by Viking and ordered especially for you, will only be returned to Viking with Viking's OK (permission) and a restocking fee of 25% of the sale price will be assessed, including the return fee at your expense. 


One note on returns: Merchandise must come back in the original packaging and in NEW condition!  That is new condition, not “kind of new” condition.  We follow the "Let's Be Honest Rule".  We are happy to provide this return service as long as it is not abused.
